I provide senior content, messaging, conversion and AI strategy services, including strategic projects, fractional Content & AI Strategy and AI-enabled content systems.

The website also contains articles, resources, interactive tools and working demonstrations through the AI Lab.

Website content is general information and does not constitute legal, financial, accounting, cybersecurity or other regulated professional advice.

3. AI Lab tools

AI Lab tools and demonstrations are designed to provide useful analysis, examples or working outputs.

They may use automated and AI-assisted processing.

Submitting the contact form, sending an email or using an AI Lab tool does not create a client relationship or an agreement for paid services.

I am not obliged to accept an enquiry or undertake work.

Paid services are governed by a separate proposal, quotation, scope of work or client agreement.

Where these Website Terms conflict with an accepted agreement relating to paid services, the specific client agreement takes precedence for that work.
